THE UPPER LEVEL (UL)
The Upper level (UL) is the most attractive part of the villa.
First, it has a Grand Lounge, which we sometimes call le Gran Salón. It has probably the best views in Dénia, stretching over the mountains, the greenery of the gardens, the town with the Castle hill and the sea with the little and large yachts and Balearia ferries majestically departing for the Isles.
The Grand Lounge is split into the sitting, lounge and dining parts totalling 69.7 m2. The kitchen is 14.4 m2. The bedrooms, together with their en-suites and a walk-in cupboard in the Master bedroom, are 23.5 m2. and 25.1 m2.
The grand total area of the UL is 148.5 m2.
THE BUILDING’s TOTALS
The area of the two levels together is 275.2 m2.
The difference between the official figure of 298.60 and the mapped-put figure of 275.2 is of course explained by the difference in the built (construido) and the living (útil) areas.
SURROUNDINGS
Our district is called after the early Christian Saint, Santa Lucia. You can see the little chapel when you go out of the gates, turn left and walk 300 meters up the hill. Bulgarian Orthodox church has their services there on Sundays.
Walking on the little curved streets between other villas, up and down the little hills, is a blessing. Pare Pere, Santa Lucia, San Juan Ermitas are a short walk / a quick drive away. One can go up the Montgó mountain, all the way to the top or only to the Water Cave with the stone with Roman inscription.
Dénia is a fantastic ancient town located between Alicante and Valencia. Alicante with Benidorm has all the tourist attractions, from water parks to night clubs. Valencia is all about arts, history, architecture and sea life. Denia itself is extremely attractive, with a climate which deserved a monument to it. We have sand beaches for families with small children and rocky beaches for exploring the underwater world.
